2.7 CLASS PARTICIPANTS’ SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

​You agree, understand and confirm to the below terms and conditions whilst participating in our classes / events held at The Classroom:-

We urge all class / event participants to be well behaved at all times and follow the instructions of the chef and / or his / her assistant(s) during the class. This is to ensure smooth functioning of the class and also to protect their own and other participants’ safety. In case of any dangerous or disruptive behaviour, the chef and / or his / her assistant(s) may be forced to ask the participant to leave the class. No refund or class exchange will be offered in this case and the participant will be barred from taking any classes in the future. ​

Taking part in a class with us involves working with sharp objects and hot surfaces. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure safety, and to provide first-aid in the event of an accident. By taking part in a class, participants take full responsibility for any accidents or harm that they cause to themselves or to other participants. If in doubt about a particular action during the class, customers must seek the advice of the Head chef. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any harm caused to customers as a result of participating in a class. 

​We take pride in the tools, equipments, machines and other property that form part of The Classroom which allow us to professionally, safely and efficiently conduct the classes for all current and future class participants. Any mishandling of tools, equipments, machines and other property that cause damage to the same will be recovered by the participant. The decision of our management will be final and unquestionable in this regard.
